We are proud to introduce the Progressive Safe System (PSS), a cutting-edge system that builds on the requirements of the 2019 Safe System. The PSS ensures that operators are equipped with the latest safety technology and equipment, setting a new standard for road safety.
One of the key components of the PSS is the PZ-159 “Moving Off Information System (MOIS)”. This innovative system is designed to prevent collisions with pedestrians and cyclists who are within close range of the front of a vehicle, where they can be difficult to see.
The MOIS equips drivers with an advanced assistance system that detects people and obstacles close to the front of the vehicle during moving off and low-speed manoeuvres. Utilising real-time object identification, it alerts drivers when someone is in their blind spot in front of the vehicle with a solid amber warning on the display.
The PZ-159 uses complex AI algorithms to detect potential collisions and provides an audible alarm and flashing visual alarm when a collision is imminent. We have meticulously reviewed PSS development documents to ensure that our PZ-159 includes all required features of PSS, along with some additional features that address issues identified with competitor kits currently in use.
